Office Manager - manage fast-paced school office. Desired skills and experience:
- Financial: demonstrate knowledge of Quickbooks, maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, generate monthly financial reports for Board of Directors
- Computer and technology: demonstrate computer literacy including use of Windows Office applications
- Public relations: answer phones, greet and assist visitors, positively and effectively communicate with students, parents, staff, and general public
- Organization: create and follow procedures to maintain smooth operation of the office
